1. What is the Minimum Order accepted?
Answer : The minimum order is a total of 50 fish
2. What is the Dimension of Box used for exportation?
Answer : 49 x 37 x 37
3. How many fishes per box do we export?
Answer : This will vary mainly because of the size of the fish and is on average between 5- 8 fish per box
4. What is the weight per box?
Answer: The weight that will be charged is the chargeable weight and not the actual weight which is usually below the chargeable weight of 11.2 kg.
5. Is there any DOA Policy (Death on Arrival)?
Answer: 5% DOA is considered as a normal DOA. Any DOA above 5% shall be reported within 24hour upon receipt of the shipment with clear proof and evidence.
6. What is our Working policy?
Answer: the company works on order and do not go fishing unless there is an order.
7. What is our Payment policy?
Answer : Prior payment before shipment
8. Is there any Discount Policy?
Answer: No discount in terms of price but in terms of fishes. For example getting more fish which is in the order out of charge and any other fishes which are extra in stock
9. What is the Capacity to send 100% of ordered fish?
Answer: the company tries to assure a minimum of 80% of the ordered fish and those which were unable to get shall be replaced by fishes that interest the client.
10. Are there certain fishes unique to the area?
Answer : Indeed there are a certain number of fishes unique and special to Mauritius and the Indian ocean area
